When Joey Waters witnesses the brutal slaying of his sister, he becomes an agoraphobic, terrified of leaving the safety of his house. His mother, his shrink, even his girlfriend attempt to convince him that the killer has been caught, but he’s haunted by a promise: “I’ll come back for you, Joey.”  And one night, he does. Trapped in his own home Joey is left with one option for survival…overcome his phobia and fight back.
